Job Title: Surveyor for Land Development Projects


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various land development projects. This includes conducting topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine the elevation, contours, and features of the land
- Perform boundary surveys to establish property lines and boundaries
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect data
- Prepare survey reports with accurate measurements and data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Conduct construction staking to mark out the location of structures on the ground
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
