A manufacturing company in Utena, Lithuania is seeking a skilled Turner to join their team. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are proficient in English. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to shape metal into various parts for production. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with different types of materials, such as steel and aluminum, and be able to read technical drawings and measurements accurately. You should also have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathe machines according to production specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficiency in working with different types of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Familiarity with lathe machines and their maintenance procedures
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
