Position: Executive Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: $1000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As a renowned restaurant in the heart of the city, we are looking for an individual who can bring creativity, innovation and exceptional culinary skills to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers
- Developing new menus and dishes that reflect current food trends and cater to our diverse clientele
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs to maintain profitability
- Training and supervising kitchen staff, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution of recipes
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines with a focus on Indian cuisine preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food cost control, menu planning, and inventory management
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi or Arabic are an asset
