Handyman - Property Maintenance Specialist (St. Petersburg, Russia)


A reputable property management company in St. Petersburg is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services to our properties. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any repairs or improvements needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own tools or access to necessary equipment
- Must have valid work visa for Russia (own visa preferred)
- Fluent English language skills preferred
