IT Support Specialist (Ufa, Russia)

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no English language requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues via email, phone, or in-person
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use various technology tools effectively
- Identifying and implementing solutions for system upgrades or improvements
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of computer systems

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English language proficiency is not required)
- Availability to work part-time with flexible hours
