Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and in person. Your main duties will include troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers
- Set up new computers, printers, and other devices for clients
- Maintain computer networks by performing regular maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Set up user accounts and permissions on company networks
- Keep track of all technical issues reported by clients using a ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems (Windows & Mac), printers, routers, switches
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.
