Indian Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi

Our restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and culture, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and responding promptly to customer complaints or concerns
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and professionalism
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards
- Control costs by minimizing waste, monitoring budgets, and negotiating with suppliers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials that meet the needs of our diverse customer base
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine, culture, customs, and traditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about current industry trends, market demands, and competition
- Biometric passport or valid UAE work permit
