We are seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and molding various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic into desired shapes and sizes. Your main objective will be to create high-quality products that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and machinery to shape materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or drawings to determine proper dimensions and shapes
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of shaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)

Salary:
As a Shaper in Osijek, Croatia, you can expect a salary of 1400$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Experience Required:
We require at least 2 years of experience as a Shaper or in a similar role.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Osijek.
