Entry Level Software Tester


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Software Tester to join our team in Ufa. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the quality of our products. This is a full-time job open to Indians with no English language requirements. No prior experience is necessary as we provide training. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Ufa. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Test software and identify any defects or issues
- Record and report any bugs or errors found during testing
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues
- Create test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous issues have been resolved
- Use various testing tools and techniques to thoroughly test software functionality
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa to work in Ufa
- Fluent in English is not required but preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
- Prior experience in software testing is not required but considered a plus
