Project Manager for International Development Projects in Siauliai, Lithuania


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Project Manager for our international development projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects aimed at promoting economic growth and social development in developing countries.

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project proposals and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation
- Prepare detailed work plans and timelines for project activities
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project activities and provide technical support when needed
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and project objectives
- Prepare regular project reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project finances, including budget monitoring, procurement processes, and financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Business Administration or Project Management
- At least 2 years of experience managing international development projects
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in cross-cultural settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency is required)
- Knowledge of donor regulations and procedures is an asset
