A reputable manufacturing company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Canadian national, fluent in English and able to work part-time. Previous experience in operating CNC machines is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are looking for their first job and have their own visa.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making necessary adjustments to the machine as needed.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and interpret blueprints. You must also have good physical dexterity and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Malayalees or Canadians preferred)
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail
- Good physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
