We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage and train a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Indian nationality is mandatory for this position
