Sales Manager
A reputable company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback to improve their efficiency
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, building strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel within Kuwait or internationally if required
