We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in the beautiful city of Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee drinks for our customers. This is a temporary position that offers visa sponsorship for candidates with the right qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks by following standard recipes and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this temporary position.
