Factory Machine Operator



We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to work in our manufacturing facility located in Osijek, Croatia. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in the production line. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the machines, while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Make adjustments to machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with factory machines is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
