Junior Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our company's computer systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system functionality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation of new systems or updates
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train end-users on new systems or processes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in system analysis or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and databases
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
