We are currently hiring a Culinary Assistant to join our team at a luxury restaurant in St. Petersburg. As a Culinary Assistant, you will work closely with our professional chefs to assist in meal preparation, cooking, and plating dishes for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Help with cooking and plating dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Attend training sessions to learn new recipes and techniques.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary education is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn from our experienced chefs.
- Must be able to legally work in Russia without sponsorship.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
