Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects and ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure all project goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing client relationships
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and visa sponsorship may be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. However, we welcome applicants of all nationalities who possess the necessary qualifications. English speaking ability is preferred but not required.
