Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Sheduva


We are hiring a skilled and personable Concierge to join our luxury hotel team in Sheduva. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will assist guests with various requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to offer recommendations to guests
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests including taxis, rental cars, and airport transfers
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate special requests such as room upgrades or special amenities for VIP guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation of guest services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Previous experience working as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Sheduva
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (accommodation not provided)
