Office Manager for International Company in Siauliai
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Siauliai. As an international company, we value diversity and are open to candidates from all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in an English-speaking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and organize office systems, supplies, and equipment
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
