Project Manager


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities
- Manage project resources and monitor progress against milestones
- Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
