We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Egypt. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing and sales strategies. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and markets for the hotel, both locally and internationally
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Plan and execute sales trips to promote the hotel to potential clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for the hotel
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local tourism industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is preferred)
