Our hotel in Bungoma, Kenya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors' activities
