We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. This is a contract job suitable for freshers who are interested in pursuing a career in information security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor network activity for any signs of potential attacks or breaches
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and advise on appropriate measures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
- Knowledge of network security protocols and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
