Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of various construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English (Hebrew/Indian language proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Ashdod

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided.
