Handyman/General Maintenance Worker


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance, repairs, and installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and have experience in various trades.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Install fixtures, shelves, and other items as needed
- Inspect buildings for any potential maintenance issues
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures while performing tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas, USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to applicants from Pakistan due to language proficiency but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. However, some flexibility may be required for urgent jobs or emergency situations.

English Skills:
Fluency in English is not strictly required for this position but basic communication skills are preferred. However, candidates must have the ability to read manuals and follow instructions in English.

Experience:
