Power Engineer - Mombasa, Egypt



We are a leading energy company seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Engineer to join our team in Mombasa, Egypt. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power systems for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the energy sector in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power systems for various projects and clients
- Perform feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with power systems
- Develop plans for system maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and contractors on projects
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of power engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in power engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, power distribution systems, and renewable energy sources
- Proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as NEC, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
