Loader Operator



We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operation.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loader Operator
- Proficient in operating various types of loaders
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on loader and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures while operating the loader
- Coordinate with other team members on site to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and transported

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid loader operator license/certification preferred
- Previous experience working with construction materials preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English or Filipino preferred
