Waiter/Waitress (English Speaking) - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. Our restaurant prides itself on providing exceptional service and delicious food to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and correctly to the tables
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the food or beverages
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to enhance the guest's experience
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with diverse guests from different backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
