Painter vacancy in Remish Luxembourg

Residential Painter

We are searching for a skilled Residential Painter to join our team in Remish. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a painter in residential settings
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders and scaffolding
- Good time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or filling holes and cracks
- Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures before starting painting jobs
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences

This position is open to Kenyan citizens as well as foreigners who have the necessary work permits. English speaking candidates are preferred but not required. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
