Our gardening company in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing. This position is suitable for men with own visa, without accommodation and no English required. This is a part-time job with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and fertilizing flowers, plants, and trees according to client's preferences
- Pruning shrubs and trees to maintain their shape and promote growth
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and trimming
- Removing weeds and dead plants to ensure the garden looks clean and well-maintained
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Installing new plants or features such as irrigation systems or decorative elements
- Keeping garden tools clean and organized
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and pruning shears
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens are well-maintained
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
