Merchandiser for English Speaking Candidates in Dubai

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for our retail store in Dubai. This position is specifically for English speaking candidates, preferably with Indian nationality. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and display of products in our store, ensuring that they are visually appealing and strategically placed to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize inventory levels in the store
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Analyze sales trends and recommend changes to product placement
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor competitor's products and pricing strategies
- Train and supervise sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role required
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
