Housekeeping Supervisor



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency and do not need accommodation provided.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department. This includes assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, monitoring their performance, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to high standards.

Your main duties will include creating work schedules, conducting training sessions for new staff members, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar setting. They should also have excellent time management skills, as well as strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities who can motivate their team to deliver exceptional service. The ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues is also crucial.
