Restaurant Manager for Malayalees in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Malayalee community in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and food.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvements

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken) and have basic understanding of English (written)
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Proven track record of managing budgets, inventory levels, and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Note: This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalees without experience.
