Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian cuisine restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to controlling costs and maintaining high food quality standards. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests while also driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus that reflect the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including purchasing ingredients and controlling costs.
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both employees and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, customs, and cuisine.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Must have a valid visa (own visa preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
