Construction Project Manager

We are in need of an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and budget for construction projects
- Oversee day-to-day operations including project timelines, progress, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Medina or the Middle East region. This position offers a salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation.
