Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Remish City. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine boundaries, contours, and other essential features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Interpreting maps, plans, and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Prepare survey reports and present findings to clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning of structures
- Conduct research on land records and historical survey data
- Utilize computer programs to assist with survey calculations and mapping
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using land surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
