We are hiring a hardworking and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our team in Bungoma. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the quality of products, and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions
- Follow production schedules and work collaboratively with team members to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of machinery operations is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
