As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and structures using specialized equipment and software. Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, including construction, land development, and environmental assessments.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Strong proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Ability to interpret data and create detailed reports
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to surveying

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plats, and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project design plans
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements taken
- Prepare cost estimates for surveying services on projects
- Maintain records of surveys, notes, and sketches for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and techniques

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with benefits such as medical insurance. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in land surveying. Accommodation is not provided.
