A reputable international company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects within the company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and previous experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify potential risks and create contingency plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status and address any issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
- Document all project activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred but not required
