Office Assistant in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Acre, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
