Our construction company in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control. You must also have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create project timelines and budgets
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
