Construction Project Manager



A reputable construction company in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent English communication skills, proven experience in managing construction projects, and the ability to work part-time. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
- Manage all resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
