Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with design teams
- Review and approve design documents, plans, and specifications
- Select contractors and oversee bidding process
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety protocols, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals
- Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

Benefits:
