Florist - Indian Nationals



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. This position requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange floral arrangements according to clients' needs and preferences
- Select the appropriate flowers and greenery for each arrangement
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure all orders are completed on time with high quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist
- Proficient in floral design techniques and knowledge of different flower types
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality products are delivered
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit or visa for Luxembourg

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation:
Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Visa and Ticket:
We will provide free visa sponsorship for the selected candidate. A one-way ticket to Luxembourg will also be provided.
