As a Baker at our bustling bakery in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious baked goods for our customers. You will need to have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail to ensure that every pastry, bread, and cake meets our high standards of quality and taste. You will work closely with our team of bakers to produce a variety of baked goods that cater to different dietary needs and preferences. This role requires someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Attention to detail to ensure high quality products
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is preferred but not required
