We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali-speaking Barista to join our team in Triesen. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and make recommendations to customers
- Operate commercial-grade coffee equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali and have a strong command of English
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Contract details:
This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $1200. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
