We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for managing the pastry section of our kitchen, including ordering ingredients, creating new recipes, and maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to menu specifications
- Manage the pastry section of the kitchen and oversee the work of other pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Order ingredients and maintain inventory levels to ensure freshness and availability
- Develop new recipes and innovative dessert ideas while staying updated on industry trends
- Ensure all desserts are presented in an attractive manner with attention to detail
- Maintain high-quality standards for taste, appearance, and portion size
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food
- Train new pastry chefs and kitchen staff on techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to create menu items that complement each other
- Keep track of expenses related to the pastry section

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of desserts, pastries, breads, etc.
- Creativity in developing new recipes while also following traditional techniques
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff members on techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work long hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
