Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients, both domestically and internationally. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy by developing strong relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel's revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the hotel to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to stay updated on industry trends
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales trips to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
