Quantity Surveyor


We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and managing the costs related to construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed within budget while meeting quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, and we welcome applicants from Pakistan who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for construction projects
- Creating detailed budgets and cost plans
- Monitoring project expenses and identifying potential cost-saving measures
- Preparing tender documents and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure accurate cost projections
- Conducting on-site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues that may affect the budget or timeline
- Reviewing project designs and specifications to identify any potential discrepancies or areas that may impact costs
- Preparing progress reports for clients and management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Proficiency in budgeting tools such as Excel or specialized software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fluency in English is required
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
